PROCESS FOR ADULT ENROLLMENT

1. PRE-ENROLLMENT: Until day of Orientation.

The Fall Semester Schedule/Pre-enrollment form is available mid-April. Adult Pre-enrollment for the Fall Semester begins the first weekday of May.

The Spring Semester Schedule/Pre-enrollment form is available mid-November. Adult Pre-enrollment for the Spring Semester begins the first weekday of December.

Call or stop by the 49er ROP office during these times for a schedule/pre-enrollment form. Enrollment is based on space available. Pre-enrollment does not guarantee enrollment in the class.

2. ORIENTATION:

After you have pre-enrolled for a class, you must attend the orientation for that class.  Each class holds its own orientation in the classroom where the class is held.  Check the schedule below for orientation times and dates.

4. FEES:
There is a $75.00 (for most classes) per semester adult registration fee if accepted into the class. This fee is due on the first day of class. Each class may also have minimal textbook/materials fees or deposits. Vaccinations and insurance may be required for some classes (at students’ expense). These fees will be discussed at the orientation. Money orders must be made payable to: “PCOE”. No refunds will be made after the first week of class.


5. OTHER:
Classes have limited space. There may be a test or interview required for entrance into a class. A few classes do not accept new students in the Spring.
